It gives us immense pleasure to write this Testimonial for Kim Williams.
Since December 2006, we have had a close business association with Kim, in her capacity as a Real Estate Agent who manages our investment property.
During this period, we have firstly trusted Kim and her judgment on various challenging issues related to the smooth running of our investment property. 
With the passing of time we have realised that Kim looks after our property as if it were her own.  She has an excellent knowledge of Property Law and in particular the rights of both Landlords and Tenants. 
There have been several occasions in the past when Kim has demonstrated not only her skill at successfully negotiating a difficult situation, but also her ability to make impartial decisions which have in turn benefited both, the Landlord as well as the Tenant.  This unique quality that Kim continues to demonstrate, indicates that she is a person of high personal integrity.
Kim is very patient and has always met our high ethical standards.  There have been several occasions when she has helped us way beyond the call of duty – especially when she was ill.  She always encouraged us to contact her when things went wrong.  While we never took advantage of her goodness, we knew she would ensure that the task of solving the problem was promptly delegated to a reliable member of her team.
Kim conducts business as a true professional, but without losing the human touch.  She is loyal to her employer and the Landlord but never fails to make a Landlord realise that their tenant is human and not a money generating machine.  We are sure she has not only earned our respect for this strength, but that of several other Landlords and Tenants alike.

 

I would like to personally thank you for your professionalism in regards to the leasing of my property. You helped in several aspects before settlement, held out until you found proper tenants and you gave needed advice relating to the finishing of my house, when you didn’t have to.

Her professionalism and thoroughness made our role as landlords very easy – at all times she has the best interests of our property foremost, her selection process for tenants is excellent and she is right up with all the legals. We are fussy, but let me tell you, she takes no prisoners when dealing with tenants.

We hope to be looking for another investment property as soon as the financial scene settles down a bit.
